Chef Mel’s favourite blow torch, anything smaller, or that you have to refill everytime IS JUST NOT WORTH IT!
I get mine at BUNNINGS.
This blow torch will BLOW YOU AWAY and will make brule making a breeze. You can also blow torch raw zucchini, carrot, capsicum, salmon or beef with this amazing culinary weapon.
Enjoy! Be safe. I always blow torch on a spare ceramic tile or chopping board to make sure you don’t damage your surface.
