Our chefs are specialists in their field. 

  • Chef Tong

    Chef Tong hails from Chaing Mai in Thailand and is also a professional fruit carver. Chef Tong runs our Asian Street Food, Japanese and Authentic Thai Cooking Classes.  His passion, and wealth of knowledge, make him very popular with our amazing foodie clients.

  • Chef Elle

    Chef Elle MacLennan is trained in French, Italian and Patisserie and has a wealth of knowledge and technical skills that she is happy to share with her passionate foodies. No matter your skill level Chef Elle will help learn and enjoy your cooking class.

  • Chef Adrien

    Originally from France (yes, with the accent!), Chef Adrien began his journey in the world of wine and spirits before falling in love with the raw beauty of ingredients and the emotion of flavour. After several years in semi-gastronomic restaurants in Bordeaux and as a private chef, he now shares his passion: guiding students to discover the science and magic behind how simple ingredients evolve into something extraordinary.

  • Chef Sean

    Chef Sean Webber hails from South Africa and brings with him 25 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge to share. Classically trained, he spent years running Chef Schools before taking an interest in mass catering and food manufacturing. As an internationally accredited culinary competition judge, he is ready to share his vast knowledge!

  • Chef Andrea

    Chef Andrea is our delightful weekend chef.  From strong Italian heritage, and having spent years living in Japan, Chef Andrea has a wonderful mix of cheffy skills.  His beautiful personality ensures every class he teaches is enjoyable.
